HUMAN SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE
A++ is an open way of thinking that encompasses today’s architecture and design environment and their cross interdependencies, cross disciplinary and cross cultural influences.
The project Masterplan, inside the city of Yerevan (Armenia), is composed in 2 different part: Residential and Commercial. The mixed development is connected by common areas with a Park. In front of Twin Towers there’s the commercial area with shops at Ground floor and restaurants and bars at First floor of a 12 stories building, designed with glass and local stone cladding, the rest of the building is made for a local branch of the Bank of Armenia where is composed by 10 floors of open space offices and the rooftop for the CEO’s office where he can enjoy a stunning 360 view of the city and the Ararat mountain. The residential part that are mid-rise buildings is composed by 2 Twin Towers. They are designed like a sculpture as facades are made by local stone.
