HUMAN SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE
A++ is an open way of thinking that encompasses today’s architecture and design environment and their cross interdependencies, cross disciplinary and cross cultural influences.
In this project we have completely shelved the typical MIAMI WHITE LOOK, replaced instead by a rough and concrete look. Materials such as smooth stucco, dark grey aluminum flashing and panels and wood effect aluminum louvers create a “materic” effect.
This villa has been designed with three floors and rooftop where is possible to chill out and enjoy the STUNNING VIEW OVER OCEAN.
Sustainability is a fundamental concept in this project that has been conceived with passive design solution, high performance materials and a roof covered by PV panels that supply most of the daily electricity demand. During the night the electricity comes from a TESLA BATTERY-PACK, from which electric cars can also be recharged.
