HUMAN SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE
A++ is an open way of thinking that encompasses today’s architecture and design environment and their cross interdependencies, cross disciplinary and cross cultural influences.
The design idea of this villa comes from the morphological study of the ground and of the EXTERNAL GREEN LAYOUT; the building lies on the ground and takes advantage of the natural slopes to create direct accesses and paths. The house is designed with an “L” shaped system where the arms of this form take on a very strong functional character capable of DEFINING PRECISE HIERARCHIES optimized according to use. Even vertically there is a division between the living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor. The whole plant is a set of weights and counterweights where lightness contrasts with volumetric materials.
