A++ is an open way of thinking that encompasses today’s architecture and design environment and their cross interdependencies, cross disciplinary and cross cultural influences.
360 degree views are what this original, one-of-a-kind creation provides. Looking out at the breathtaking horizon, the owners absolutely had to include this in their construction plans. With an eye for uniqueness and a talent for creating innovatively gorgeous structures, our architects have taken design to a whole new level with this Masterplan in Albania.
This amazing peace of land and a true “Design by Nature” as a design approach, has been the base for a Sustainable masterplan. In each project of a sustainable design, calculation, or idea can not be separated from the context in which it will be placed. The individual elements of architecture are in constant relation with what is around them, which interact with and relate to. The “system building” interacts with other systems, natural, artificial and social; every building is a fragment of landscape and helps to change it. The primary goal of our intervention aims to create an achievement, unique in Albania, and among the few in the world for the type of approach and objectives.
